About Me
I am a licensed speech-language pathologist practicing since 2010. I received my Masters degree from Worcester State University in speech-language pathology after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Lesley University.
Prior to embarking on a speech language pathology career, I was a successful Quality Assurance engineer and Software Project Manager in several top technology companies, including Lotus Development and Kayak.
After several years of practicing speech-language pathology in a number of different school environments, I became increasingly aware of the need for literacy training and evidence-based interventions for children with reading challenges. In 2016, after a year-long training program and over 100 hours of supervised tutoring in the Orton-Gillingham approach, I received my Structured Literacy/Dyslexia Interventionist status through the International Dyslexia Association.
I am a certified member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA), the International Dyslexia Association (IDA), and am licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
